Making a Big Impression at NACS
Champs Chicken added a whole lot of spice to the NACS (National Association of Convenience Stores) Show in Atlanta earlier this month. If there’s one word to describe the experience, it would be BIG; big venue, big displays, big bucks. To have a presence at NACS means you’re playing with the big boys, and Champs Chicken stepped up to the plate in a big way.
Armed with our revamped marketing materials (see “New Face of Champs Chicken”), our exceptional crew brought all the deliciousness of Champs Chicken to over 3,000 people and left them hungry for more. Many visitors proclaimed our freshly breaded chicken, crunchy catfish, and mouth-watering sides were the best in the venue…no big surprise!
While visitors raved about the scrumptious taste of our products, most were amazed to learn about the depth of our offerings. It’s hard to image, but many of our competitors do not supply their retailers with quality-tested recipes, ingredients and products. They also do not provide the level of service that Champs Chicken is famous for: regular store visits and support from our territory managers, equipment experts who know how to maximize space and ROI, and access to a full-service marketing department that will help connect retailers with customers. That’s the true advantage of a Champs Chicken program: offering the best service in the foodservice industry, coupled with a complete menu-line up that’s second to none.
We’re already cooking up some incredible plans for next year’s show. The big idea is to simulate a real-world convenience store, giving retailers a clear picture as to what they can expect to see in their own locations. The rest will have to remain a secret for now. One thing we do know for sure: we’ll certainly make a big splash!
