Official Terms & Conditions

1. Sponsor

The Champs Chicken Kids Meal Trading Card Promotion (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Champs Chicken (“Sponsor”).

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on May 18, 2026 and continues while supplies last (“Promotion Period”).

3. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States. Void where prohibited by law.

Participants under the age of 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to participate.

Sponsor employees, franchisees, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and immediate family members of such individuals may participate in the Promotion but are not eligible to receive reserved or preferential access to Limited Edition cards.

4. How to Participate

During the Promotion Period, customers who purchase a participating Champs Chicken Kids Meal at participating locations will receive one (1) randomly distributed trading card packet while supplies last. Each packet contains one (1) trading card.

Trading cards are distributed at random and are only available through the purchase of a qualifying Kids Meal. Trading cards are not available for individual purchase outside of a Kids Meal purchase.

To qualify for a Champs Chicken plush redemption prize, an entrant must complete one (1) full qualifying set of four (4) required cards corresponding to the redemption set listed below. A Card will only be counted towards an entrant’s collection once it has been stamped at the participating location.

Cards Required to Complete the Set

Specific cards, including Limited Edition cards, are not guaranteed with any purchase. Customers may receive duplicate cards.

All card distributions are random and final.

5. Card Distribution & Availability

Trading cards are randomly inserted into promotional inventory prior to distribution.

Sponsor and participating locations cannot guarantee:

• Which card a customer will receive
• Availability of any specific card

Card availability may vary by location and throughout the Promotion Period.

Once a trading card packet has been opened, customers may not exchange, trade, substitute, or request a different card from store employees or participating locations.

Participating store employees are not permitted to:

• Open trading card packets for customers
• Sort or search for specific cards
• Hold or reserve specific cards
• Exchange cards
• Redistribute cards after purchase

All trading card distributions are final.

6. Limited Edition Austin Simmons Card

A total of two hundred (200) Limited Edition Austin Simmons trading cards have been produced for this Promotion.

Limited Edition Austin Simmons cards are randomly distributed within participating Kids Meals while supplies last.

The Limited Edition Austin Simmons card is a bonus promotional card and does not replace or substitute for any required card in a plush redemption set.

7. Plush Redemption Promotion

Participating locations may offer a plush redemption promotion tied to collecting trading cards.

To qualify for redemption, customers must present one (1) complete qualifying set of required cards.

Each completed and stamped qualifying set may only be redeemed one (1) time.

Completed card sets must be redeemed by August 31, 2026 or while supplies last, whichever occurs first.

Plush items:

• Are available while supplies last
• May vary by location
• Have no cash value
• Cannot be exchanged or substituted
• Are subject to inventory availability

Completion of a qualifying card set does not guarantee plush availability if redemption inventory has been exhausted.

Sponsor reserves the right to reject damaged, altered, duplicated, photocopied, counterfeit, unreadable, or otherwise invalid cards.

Lost, stolen, damaged, or discarded cards will not be replaced.

Sponsor reserves the right to modify or discontinue the plush redemption promotion at any time.

8. Participating Locations

The Promotion is valid only at the following participating Champs Chicken location while supplies last.

Location: Champs Chicken – 1411 Cinnamon Hill Ln, Columbia, MO 65201

No other Champs Chicken locations are participating in this Promotion unless otherwise announced by Sponsor.

Card inventory, promotional materials, and redemption availability are limited and may vary throughout the Promotion Period.

9. Promotional Item Restrictions

Trading cards and promotional items:

• Are promotional items only
• Have no cash value
• Cannot be redeemed for cash or store credit
• Cannot be exchanged at the store for different cards
• Cannot be substituted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion

Sponsor is not responsible for:

• Duplicate cards received
• Customer dissatisfaction with random distribution
• Lost, stolen, damaged, misprinted, or destroyed cards will not be replaced
• Printing or packaging variations
• Availability differences throughout the Promotion Period

10. Publicity Release

By participating in the Promotion, participants grant Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, hometown, submitted content, photographs, and/or social media posts for advertising, promotional, and marketing purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

By participating, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, participating retailers, franchisees, affiliates, promotional partners, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, claims, damages, or losses arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance, use, or misuse of any promotional item.

12. Sponsor Rights

Sponsor reserves the right to:

• Cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Promotion at any time
• Substitute promotional items of equal or greater value
• Disqualify any participant suspected of fraud, tampering, abuse, or violation of these Terms & Conditions
• Refuse redemption requests suspected of fraudulent activity
• Correct printing, production, packaging, or distribution errors

All Sponsor decisions regarding the Promotion are final.

13. Governing Law

The Promotion and these Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Privacy

Information collected in connection with this Promotion may be used in accordance with Sponsor’s applicable privacy policies.

15. Austin Simmons Disclaimer

Austin Simmons’ name, image, and likeness are used pursuant to applicable promotional agreements.

This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with the University of Missouri, the NCAA, or any affiliated athletic organization.
