Directions

  1. Use leftover chopped potato wedges and leftover tenders/dippers. Chop potato wedges in large
    chunks and chop chicken into small pieces.
  2. Place potato wedges and chicken into broth, add bacon, celery, onion, and salt & pepper to taste.
  3. Bring to simmer until temperature reaches 165 degrees.

  • Chopped Chicken Tenders: 2 cups
  • Bacon: 1 cup
  • Chopped Celery: 2 cups
  • Chopped Onion: 2 cups
  • Salt and Pepper: To taste
  • Chicken Broth: 8 cups
